Santa Ana, CA August 28, 2004 -- SmileCare/Community Dental Services, Inc. announced today that the company has completed acquisition of the assets of the five former Valley Dental offices located in the cities of Clovis, Fresno, and Stockton in Central California. Founded in 1977, SmileCare operates 65 multi-disciplinary group dental practices located throughout California and Nevada.
